Prime bare metal with NS5 Metcote Etch Primer. Treat rust with NS1 Rust Buster if necessary. Abrade painted surfaces to a matt finish before application. Prime fibre‑glass with NS5 Metcote Etch Primer.Application Spray (Coarse texture): Use 4mm bore gravity spray gun at 3–4 bars, 500mm distance. Dry 8 hrs at 20℃. Spray (Smooth finish): Dilute with 15–20% water, use 1.5mm bore spray gun at 4–5 bars, 450–500mm distance. Dry 3–4 hrs at 20℃. Brush/Roller: Apply one coat evenly; allow to dry before recoating. Overcoating: Can be overcoated with 2K Polyurethanes or Duco once fully hard dry.Cleanup Clean overspray with water before drying.
