For all our 808nm Diode Laser Permanent Hair Removal Machine we using 100% pure AuSn laser stack imported from US Coherent. The long life of the diode laser stack means that the cost per shot is low.Our bar is pure AuSn bars, not Indium bars. Pure AuSn bars has much longer lifespan than Indium bars.Bars actually is welded by solder. Both AuSn and Indium refers to the solder that used between bars. When machine is working, the temperature of the laser bar module actually is very high.If the melting point of the solder is not high enough, it will be very easy for the solder melting in working. Once the solder melted, the bar burns.AuSn refers to alloy of Au and Sn (gold and stannum). 80% of it is Au, 20% is Sn. Au’s melting point is 1064℃, Sn’s melting point is 232℃.While Indium’s melting point is 156℃ only.AuSn’s melting point is much much higher than Indium, so in the normal working status the AuSn will never melting. It hardly burn.It will only burn under abnormal status. Such as the water lever is very low, but still continuously working for long time; or there is too much impurities in water that blocking the channelAuSn’s melting point is really high enough to avoid burn. As long as use machine in normal status, it can be used to the last shot of lifespan.
